“At the moment, Riigikogu is discussing possible changes in the list of significant dates and days of raising the flag, but we already know that every resident can and has the right to decorate his house with a state flag at least every day. Many residents take this opportunity. And they do it without any government campaign, just at the behest of the heart. But there are many places that homeowners and state institutions cannot cover. This is primarily our public space: urban squares, alleys, highway, ”said the speaker of Riigikogu.
Khussar said that a grandi -like singing and dance holiday will soon take place, where, in addition to folk costumes and cornflowers, our flags could take a noticeable place. “I know, dear compatriots, that our people are not characterized by kvass patriotism and played campaigns. Therefore, I do not want to put pressure on the government or riegikoga today, so that they somehow promote our flag culture at the state level.
