« At some point, Marcin S. and Łukasz J. grabbed the victim, planted him in a chair and tied with an electric cable so that he could not get up from the chair. « As a result of the accused, the victim suffered thermal burns of the first and second degree of the scalp and face, the left side of the torso, left forearm and thermal burns of the second and third degree within the right lower leg, resulting in violating the activities of his body organs for the period above 7 » – the prosecutor’s office said.
Marcin S. and Łukasz J. did not confess to the alleged acts. So far they are in temporary detention. For deprivation of Jacek W.’s freedom, combined with a special torment, they are punishable by 5 to 25 years in prison.
