Hidroelectrica buys paper made by disabled people
The company of the Romanian state Hidroelectrica He auctioned in Sicap SEAP a contrract of 2.9 million lei for the purchase of copying paper, plotter and flipchart, paper that must be made by people with disabilities employed in profile companies. In substantiating this acquisition, Hidroelectrica shows that this acquisition is to prove its social responsibility.
According to the company, the unequivocal proof that people with disabilities are actually involved in the manufacture or sorting of paper is mandatory to accept the offer.
« It is not accepted the simple resale of the product without effective involvement of the protected employees. The contracting entity will only settle the value of the finished products actually made by the persons with employed disabilities of the authorized protected unit, for which a direct and proven contribution of the personnel with disabilities within the activities associated with the supply of the products is demonstrated, Sorting, personalization, etc.) ”, is shown in the tender specifications.
The contract extends for 36 months. The separation of the winning offer is made according to the price, the amount of recyclable paper used and the lowest content of chlorine used in the manufacture of paper.
Supporting documents that can be required monthly for settlement:
• Nominal list of employees with involved disabilities (extract from Revisal) • Description of the actual activities carried out by them • Tip / activity sheets / activity Report • Value of raw material • Value activities carried out by persons with disabilities • Other evidence (photos, minutes, internal teaching vouchers, extracts from the review). which: • are actually made by employees with disabilities of the protected unit; • are directly associated with the process of training, handling or delivery of contracted products (eg paper); • They can be documented by activity sheets, tips, internal documents or other supporting evidence.
It is not considered eligible: • the activities carried out by personnel without disabilities; • Simple resale of the product without effective involvement of protected employees.
