The stamping and packaging of ballots for the May 11 elections for the Albanian Diaspora, which this time votes for the first time, has begun today.

“We started this morning with the introduction of voting sheets in envelope A. We have authorized 12 CEC representatives who will seal each ballot. We think to close it within this week. By midnight tomorrow at midnight the stamping process will be completed and we hope to start with the envelope in envelope B and then to the envelope of the mail operator.
