Here’s the roads that will be blocked by 23:00

The third and last stage of the international Giro D’Italia 2025 race in Albania will take place in Vlora.

Cyclists will continue the route towards Kota, in Brataj, to Qeparo, then from Porto Palermo to Himara, and then return from Qafa e Llogara, to Orikum, and through Murat Terbaci Street will return to Vlora. The completion of the race is projected to be around 5:26 pm on « Sadik Zotaj » street.

Police inform citizens of the following limitations:

Parking and any activity in the Great Square (start of Lungomare), from 15:00 dated 10.05.2025 to 18:00 dated 11.05.2025 (including disc area).
Banking and staying of vehicles on the axis of the Great Square – the intersection of « Shaban Demiraj » Street, from 05:00 on 10.05.2025 to 15:00, dated 11.05.2025.
Stop traffic in the same segment, from 07:00 – 14:15 dated 11.05.2025.

Traffic diversion takes place on « Pelivan Leskaj » street.

Field parking prohibition before the Navy School, from 15:00 dated 10.05.2025 to 17:00, dated 11.05.2025.
Parking ban on « Reshat Osmani » street, from 15:00 dated 10.05.2025 to 18:00, dated 11.05.2025.

Parking prohibition on « Veledin Kollozi » street, from 14:00 dated 10.05.2025 to 23:00, dated 11.05.2025.

Parking prohibition on « Sulejman Delvina » Street (Polyclinic segment – Military Branch), as well as on the territory of the Faculty of Humanities (dormitories), from 14:00, dated 10.05.2025, until 23:00, dated 11.05.2025.
Police state that it is permissible to circulate emergency vehicles and the State Police.

Port of Vlora – Traffic will be realized via the trans -Balkan route, without interruption.
Vlora Regional Hospital – During 11:00 – 13:30, the entrance will be enabled through these axes:

Mezin’s well – new road – hat – hospital
Cold Water – Central – Cement Factory – Kuzumbaba – Municipality – Hospital

VLORA – Vlora River villages
Traffic is prohibited from 11:00 to 14:30

Qeparo – Vlora / Vlora River villages
Traffic is prohibited from 10:30 to 15:45

Vlora – Himara (up to Qeparo)
Traffic is banned from 12:30 to 17:30

Qeparo – Himara – Vlora
Traffic is prohibited from 1:30 pm to 4pm

All vehicles that will be parked in violation of the measures announced, and which will not leave the drivers themselves, will be transported with the Karotrac service, in accordance with the law and to ensure security.

The residence of the vehicles moved by the Karotreci service, if there will be during this process, will be at the former aviation field.
