Do you really think Christian Pilnacek has been murdered?
Christian Hafenecker: This is not the question that needs to be answered in the U-Committee. It is about political responsibility, what went wrong in the investigation. The situation is very strange: that investigative steps that should have been set by default and were not set. Apparently one has tried to influence the community doctor that there is no autopsy …
But only after a certain pressure has been created. In addition, essential communications to the Krems public prosecutor have apparently disappeared into an internal act of the police. Then there is the open period from Christian Pilnacek’s last seen to be found. At least that could have been understood on the cell phone. This was then destroyed weeks later. The USB stick that Pilnacek always carried with him has also disappeared without a trace. These are all things that are strange. I was one of the last that Christian Pilnacek met before his death: I asked him how he was doing. He said he was waiting for the next elections. He looked positively into the future and was waiting for the Green Minister of Justice to be gone.
The FPÖ is now doing something with Peter Pilz – how can you imagine that?
