Hearings after the Praid disaster: « to submit the resignation »
The chairman of the Environment Commission, USR Deputy Diana Buzoianu, said on Monday, after the Commission hearings on the situation in Salina Praid, that the director Salrom must present his resignation, considering that « the inaction and the total lack of assumption are unacceptable. »
USR reports in a statement that, according to the conclusions of the Commission hearings, « neither Salrom nor Romanian waters have fulfilled their duties, and inaction and incompetence caused the disaster in Praid ».
