This was announced by the same agency which also specifies that it is possible to bring the card to the card also at an address other than that of residence. In fact, the service allows you to directly indicate a different shipping address online.

electronics) or CNS (National Services Card). The request can be made by one of the two parents as well as by their possible representatives (such as the guardians). Once you enter the application, just enter the personal data of the girl or boys and attach the copy of the documents of
