A few months after the relocation, the SIS manager participated in a trial in which his relatives were sentenced to nine months closed youth care for the act. SIS does not want to answer the question, and points out that they do not comment on individual personnel cases.

When IVO asked questions about The gang connections more than a year ago SIS replied that they knew about the relationship, but had no reason to suspect that the manager was doing anything wrong. The authority had assured that the manager had not been subjected to any undue influence, the response to the supervisory authority sounded. Shortly after SIS answered IVO, the manager was relocated anyway.
Ekot’s review showed that the case was known in the authority’s leadership, all the way up to the Director General.
