The Pole stayed on ice in a shop in Switzerland. They refused to him at the cash register
– I would like to complain about Switzerland, because I was refused to pay a banknote of 1000 francs in a large supermarket, i.e. in Coopie. And I do not understand this, because for me in Landi – this is the equivalent of Bricomarche in Poland – it is indicated that you cannot pay a thousand francs and I understand that. But in Coopie, in the same Coopie, four months ago they normally received me a thousand francs – says the Pole on the recording.
The man wonders why to produce a banknote with such a high denomination, since it’s hard to pay anywhere. He also notes that the Swiss are proud of the fact that most of the transactions are paid in cash and this is welcome. « So I don’t understand it, » he says.
