The 21-year-old Belgian, who was injured after an accident with Jet Ski in the Kavaja Rock area in Durres, is out of danger to life, has suffered damage to the head while falling from the water engine.
The event happened on Sunday evening, when the young man lost control of the floating vehicle and ended up in the water. Immediately after the incident, the owner of the subject leasing the skiing, Skerdilaj Mosque, intervened to provide first aid.
He departed with another vessel to the scene, pulled out the wounded from the water. The tourist was then first transported to the Durres Regional Hospital to be taken to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
Previously, police sources say that Mosque was detained on charges of violating security rules for the use of vessels available to vacationers.
The young Belgian is out of danger for life, but has suffered damage during the maneuver rapidly and falling into the sea. Police are continuing investigations to fully uncover the circumstances of the incident and to determine legal responsibilities.
At the beginning of June, a British 34-year-old lost his life from drowning after falling into the sea, in the same area of Durres beach as he was maneuvering with a skiing with his friend, who escaped without consequences.
