The case of Tomasz P. (38 years old) was widely heard after on January 12, 2025, he posted a controversial post on his Facebook profile on the founder of the Foundation of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. « PLN 100,000 for killing Owsiak. Kill Owsiak. Shoot in you and Owsiak » – he wrote on Facebook. They soon dealt with a disturbing entry law enforcement agencies And the man was detained.

A 38-year-old resident of Odrzykonia heard allegations of directing punishable threats against Jerzy Owsiak and public calling for his murder. During the interrogation in the prosecutor’s office, the man pleaded guilty. As investigators explained, he was excited when he came across negative comments about the boss’s activities WOŚP.
– These entries were dictated by the fact that I read on the internet about Jerzy Owsiak, what he has and what he rides, and this caused me to write on the internet, call to kill. Anger increased in me – explained Tomasz P. now the man heard the sentence.
« The court found Tomasz P. guilty of crime – directing punishable threats towards Jerzy Owsiak (…) and public calls to commit a crime of deprivation of Jerzy Owsiak’s life through a public social networking site, « said in a statement by prosecutor Marta Kolendowska-Matojczuk, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Krosno.
For both deeds, the 38-year-old was sentenced to a total penalty of eight months imprisonment. The verdict is unlawful. However, it is to be made public in local media. Tomasz P. has been in custody from the moment of detention.
