He stabbed his wife, arrested the 55-year-old in Saranda

Saranda police have arrested a 55-year-old man who stabbed his wife yesterday.

Blue uniforms suggest that he was arrested in the area called « Kokoma Turn ».

Meanwhile, the 51-year-old is in hospital out of danger to life.

“Saranda/capture and handcuffed within 24 hours the suspected author who stabbed his wife.

Following the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding the event around 17:40, in neighborhood no. 4, Saranda, who allegedly AB, 55, during a conflict for poor motives in the apartment, wounded his wife, citizen MB, 51, with a knife.

Thanks to the uninterrupted work and rapid investigative and operational actions, the services of the Saranda Police Commissariat made it possible to locate and arrest the alleged perpetrator, the AB citizen, within 24 hours of the event, in the place called « Kakoma Turn », in the conditions when it was impossible to remove it as a result of numerous police controls.

The injured citizen, MB, is hospitalized, under the care of doctors, ”police said.

The materials will refer to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Saranda for further procedural actions.
