The 54-year-old faces five years in prison
-A 54-year-old man was detained and heard allegations of abuse with particular cruelty over the dog and killing the animal. Pursuant to art. 35 para. 2 of the Animal Protection Act, the perpetrator shall be punishable by imprisonment from 3 months to 5 years – informs a police spokeswoman in Turku.
