The increasing requirements for Chinese car manufacturers to localize production in Russia forces them to expand their warehouse capacities within the country. So, Haval rented 42 thousand square meters. m in the Klin Industrial Park near Moscow, which is one of the largest transactions in this segment of the commercial real estate market since the beginning of 2025. The driver of the demand for warehouses from the side of the automakers was low sales of cars.
