Tender prices on holiday homes have risen significantly over the past decade.

New figures from the housing side show that square meter prices at the entrance to April are DKK 26,919 on average, which is an increase of 69 % since the low point in early 2015.

There were 6,444 holiday homes for sale in Denmark by the end of March. It is almost a doubling since January 2022, when the supply hit the bottom with just 3,699 cottages on the market.
