We could say goodbye to smoking diseases if no one was used to it, and smokers would all put down the cigarette. Achieving this goal is very important for the health of our own and our environment. At present, however, more than one billion people in the world smoke, only two million adults in Hungary. There is still a lot to do until the smoking world is achieved.

While most people – alike smokers and non -smokers – are aware that cigarettes are harmful to health, fewer people know exactly why. Many consider nicotine to be the main responsibility. This is actually responsible for the development of addiction, and its consumption can have many adverse physiological effects, including increasing blood pressure and heart rate. However, there are fewer people who know that the burning of cancer caused by smoking is primarily responsible for burning, smoke and toxic substances contained in it. This was also scientifically proven.

The smoke generated by lit cigarette in many ways damages people and their surroundings. During smoking inhaled smoke irritates the respiratory tract and there is a noticeable difference between a smoker and a non -smoking breath. Due to the smoke, the teeth are discolored and even osteoporosis can occur. Smokers are less sensitive to cigarette smoke than their non -smoking counterparts, as their smell deteriorates and are used to the constant smell of smoke. Due to tobacco smoke and the combustion products it contains, smokers’ skin is more pale and wrinkled faster.

Smoke smoke, which is called the so-called secondary smoke, contains thousands of chemicals, of which the United States Office of Food and Medication (FDA) found from 93 that it was harmful or potentially harmful to health.

Nowadays, experts are talking about tertiary smoke, which means the deposition of smoke blown during smoking on the hands, clothes, furniture or even walls. This type of smoke can exert its health -harmful effects even after smoking for many years. Researchers work to produce various smoke -free technologies, which, if not smoking, can say goodbye to smoke forever. While smoke -free technologies are reduced to the body, smokeless technology product categories contain nicotine and, albeit significantly reduced, so that they can damage health and lead to addiction.

Of course, the best solution for our health is not to start smoking. And if we smoke, we do the most for ourselves and our loved ones and our environment by finally quitting. With quitting, it can clearly reduce the risk of developing smoking -related diseases. From the first day of quitting, positive health changes can be detected, so anyone who decides to quit is important to support it by all means. If you do not quit cigarette for some reason, you should be aware of the harm reduction.
