Haribo: Cannabis did not end up in sweets during production

How the soft drugs ended up in the sweets remains unclear. « We continue to work closely with the authorities to understand if there could be another explanation for these reports, » said Haribo.

This week it came out that a child had been in a coma for a month after eating the sweets. Several members from the same family became unwell after eating the cola sweets. Two children had to be taken to the hospital and one of them was in a coma for a short time. In the meantime, both children are doing well again.
