Handball players have no chance against compact top team
In the penultimate qualification game for the EM 2026, the FLH selection lost 22:35 against the Czech Republic. In front of 465 paying spectators in the Coque in Kirchberg, Luxembourg held against comparatively well in the early quarter of an hour, then technical errors and weaknesses in concentration crept in.
After a 4: 3 lead, the team of coach Maik Handschke lost the thread on Wednesday evening, conceded simple goals and was no longer able to offend the massive and compact defense of the guests.
