Hamburg. A moral scandal at a military university. Soldiers terrified
At the University of the German Armed Forces Helmut Schmidt in Hamburg, soldiers can study law, economics or international relations in parallel with military training. According to « Bild » as part of the exchange program from September to December 2024, soldiers from the West Point American Military Academy hosted there. The « Hamburger Morgenpost » newspaper now reports that the Americans later complained.
A moral scandal at the Military University
« Bild » reports that an American soldier reportedly found a young lieutenant Bundeswehr in a common kitchen with pants and without underwear. The man was to claim that he had a scar in an intimate place and only wanted to show her to other soldiers. The website states that this was not the only sexual freak. The American cadets also noticed that the soldiers were watching porn in the kitchen on the university campus, and the magnets on the notice board had the shape of penises.

The Federal Ministry of Defense confirmed « Bild » that internal investigations on incidents at the Bundeswehr University are being conducted. However, he did not want to comment on ongoing investigations. « The fact is that the Bundeswehr does not tolerate any kind of non -annual and unfriendly behavior or violation of third party rights, » it was written in a statement cited by « Bild ». « We take the approach of zero tolerance for everything that harms the reputation of our Bundeswehr and its inner structure, and we consistently deal with all suspicious cases. »
