Hallucinant images show how woman crosses traces with pram: « Spoorloop happens more often, but this is unseen » (Sint-Niklaas)
Railway manager Infrabel shared hallucinatory images on Wednesday afternoon showing how a woman with a pram with two small children crosses the tracks. Safety cameras in the station of Sint-Niklaas were able to capture the shocking images.
The images show how the lady should go all out to lift her buggy with two small children over the tracks. During her Calvary tour, various things fall from her pram, for which she returns to her steps while the buggy remains in the middle of the tracks.

Railway manager Infrabel shared the images via social media on Wednesday afternoon and calls the spectacle unacceptable. « Crossing the traces means putting your life and that of others at stake, » it says. « Always think of your safety and use passageways safely. »
Spokesperson Arno Falque also labels the images as Hallucinant. « We regularly see railway runners, but we have never seen a buggy over the tracks in this way, we have never seen before, » said the spokesperson. “By sharing these images, we want to raise awareness and people again point out the danger of railways. If someone witnesses railway runners, we want to call to alert the emergency number 1711. » (YJS)
