The minister stressed that according to financial estimates, the cost of this measure is not expected. According to him, if only 10% of young mothers return to work, an additional BGN 12.4 million will be received in the budget. He added that this would also avoid the loss of qualification of mothers.
More than 200,000 young people are ready to work « black » without having employment contracts, Gutsanov reported, citing statistics. The ministry plans to work with the student councils to raise students’ awareness of their employment and insurance rights.
