Guard electrocuted and thrown under the train (video)
A man from Constanța county, employed as a guard of a commercial company, was electrocuted on Saturday at CFR Roman station, the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Neamț informed.
According to sources in the investigation, the victim would have climbed on a wagon, and following the electric arc he was thrown under another train.
« Following the checks carried out by the police, it turned out that a 39-year-old man from Constanța County, a guard with a company with railway transport activity, would have been injured under conditions that will be established by the investigation, being identified by a co-worker, » said the spokesman of IPJ Neamț.
Police officers, firefighters and medical staff from the County Ambulance Service intervened.
‘Until the firefighters arrived, the person was extracted from a stationed freight train. The 39 -year -old man, who had burns on the body, was taken over by the SMURD mobile intensive care crew to provide medical assistance, later being transported to the Emergency Reception Center of the Roman Municipal Hospital ‘, said the spokesman of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations Neamț, Captain Irina Popa.
Due to the wounds suffered, the victim will be transferred to a specialized clinic in Iasi.
Police are continuing investigations in terms of committing the crime of bodily injury.
