Grmoja: When I become Metkovic Mayor will stop stagnation of the city
Most Metkovic mayor candidate Nikola Grmoja said on Wednesday that his campaign focuses on the most important problems of the city, such as traffic, parking, free kindergarten, urban plan of Przina and attracting investments that will bring new jobs.
« One of my first moves, when I take responsibility for the city, it will be an investor and realization of the Meteriz business zone. Without investments and development there are no jobs and people cannot stay in their city, but they seek jobs and life elsewhere, Grmoja said at a press conference.
The city administration has so far braked investments and practically driven investors, and has stagnated the city for eight years. I will listen to every entrepreneur and craftsman, keep them as a drop of water on the palm of my hand, draw them by building a business call, a possible and entrepreneurial incubator, like the one in Ploče, Grmoja says.
« People are mostly working in the public sector, unfortunately we still have cases of employment through a relationship and puddle where our fellow citizens are humiliated, and it will no longer be and there will be opportunities for people to return and stay, » he promised.
I will help Metkovic, already in contact with potential investors, there is a Metkovo spring and awakening of the city, just give me the opportunity to accomplish it, he told the voters.
We are a small community and we must not divide, but with the confrontation of opinion to reach the best solutions for problems that are tormented by Metkovic. That is why it is not clear to me why the mayor escapes from confrontation and conversation, I want to talk to everyone who wants the city and people well, regardless of who they are cheering for, Grmoja said.
