Grill the Henssler 2025: Candidates in season 20

In the 20th season of Grill the Henssler, numerous prominent guests again compete to face the challenge on the stove. Every week, they try to create dishes with the support of a professional chef, the Steffen Henssler and the jury convince. Each episode brings a new mix of well-known personalities from television, music, sports and social media to Steffen Henssler’s TV kitchen.

The new season starts on February 16, 2025 and runs with six broadcast dates every Sunday from 8:15 p.m. Vox. If you cannot follow the show live on TV, you have the option of the episodes too RTL+ Streaming or later looking over the media library. In addition to the regular cooking duels, there are special thematic evenings such as the potato special, the couple special and the coach special in this season.

We will tell you which theme evenings there are and which celebrity can be seen in which episode. Here are all information about the participating candidates and their appearances in the new season.

There are some candidates who have already had experience in the show or have been able to make a name for themselves in the past as hobby chefs. For example, food blogger Sally could have an advantage with her specialist knowledge. Stefano Zarrella, who achieves an audience of millions as a social media star with his cooking videos, also has a lot of experience at the stove.

Detlef Steves, who has been there several times on the show, knows the format well and knows how to work under time pressure. Other candidates will probably have to rely on charm and the instructions of the professional chefs. Which celebrity can ultimately win against Henssler will be shown in the course of the season. « Grill den Henssler » 2025: Who is sitting on the jury?

Also in this season of « Grill den Henssler », the audience awaits a changing jury that critically evaluates the creations. In the first three episodes, the jury consists of Jana Ina Zarrella, Reiner Calmund and Christian Rach. From episode 4 there is a new face with Bruce Darnell. Together with Jana Ina Zarrella and Christian Rach, he evaluates the courts in episodes 4 and 5. In the final sixth episode, Ali Güngörmüş takes on the role of the juror instead of Bruce Darnell.
