Grida Duma ready to go to Ilir Meta’s cell for interview

Following the show a night ago on Top Channel, Top Story, reacted from prison Ilir Meta. He stated, among other things, that only his lawyer was invited to the three journalists.

Dear Grida,

I followed you yesterday, as my new lawyer, Mr. Kujtim Cakrani, told me he was invited by you.

When I saw the panel I remembered the OSCE-ODIHR assessment that 87% of the media and audiences are dominated by the government.

This is because I saw a single man (lawyer Cakrani), who of course has a duty to protect me already legally, in the face of the three invited analysts who said or interpreted things that the SPAK prosecutors themselves would not have said.

How many lies the man listens in such a short debate!

After expressing his pity for the « excessive » form of my arrest, which was in fact only deliberate and illegal terrorist abduction, the analyst at the SPAK deliberately lied that we did not legally denounce it, when it is a public protest of the Freedom Party before the SPAK and the public delivery of the report made by the media.

Then, the same analyst told us that the lobby money was used for a photo with Trump, when this is a lie that even SPAK had accepted, despite investigating the Delinkuent’s report that I (the SMI) had paid USD 1 million for a photo with Trump that never happened.

While the only photos I have with President Trump and the first lady are official in New York as President of the Republic, according to the official protocol.

We heard a lot of lies about me about the lobbying, when it was also admitted that episodes with « McKeon Group » had resulted only as I had stated in the SPAK in the past, but also publicly.

Of course, it was shocking that my former colleague in the SMI, who had presented me to the Greek-American lawyer in Greece and who also proposed at the SMI Presidency meeting to pay $ 15,000 prepaid for the McKeon Group and then came to the US for the US inauguration ceremony and was in the US. Fidetzis had stated that he did not know Mr. Fideszis.

Meanwhile, in that visit previously planned by me as Speaker of Parliament and accompanied by Mr. Petrit Vasili, etc., this MP joined our delegation only to be in the meetings organized by Mr. Fideszis with « McKeon Group ».

Even my photo made public with Mr. Petrit Vasili during the ceremony is in places previously reserved by friends of the Congress, while the invitations provided by McKeon Group at the request of Mr. Fideszis gave it to other companions as they were suburban and unnecessary for us.

As in the meeting made with the President of « McKeon Group » we met an agreement that Mr. Fideszis had signed with « McKeon Group » on behalf of the SMI, where he had also put future cooperation points without my authorization and knowledge.

I immediately reported this agreement to the President of McKeon Group as untrue and unnecessary and I asked the seed to be notified (the Department of Justice) of this untrue and so it happened.

The letter of the President of the McKeon Group who refutes this fraud made by Mr. Fideszis after my insistence is already available to the court and not just the SPAK.

Of course, McKeon Group was very serious, but also very expensive and unnecessary for us, and the discussions continued for a possible deal but it was never finalized.

While Mr. Fideszis was a deceiver who was discovered with the second meeting immediately in Washington.

Meanwhile, the only $ 15,000 payment made for McKeon Group was made through the bank and by law and deposited at the CEC.

The biggest surprise in this case is that the person who introduced me to Mr. Fideszis in Greece, who came to me in the US only for Fideszis, who proposed to the leader to pay $ 15,000 prepaid to SPAK had not known that Fideszis did not know.

For this in the SPAK statement I blamed Covid-19 who could have damaged memory, but it seems after additional investigations, SPAK was convinced that I had told the truth.

I understand anyone who changes parties or political interests, but the SPAK has a duty to conduct impartial investigations and to prove the facts and the truth.

While regarding other lobbying companies, the SPAK has had every opportunity to conduct full and impartial investigations as in this case and to prove who is the person or company that has made illegal payments to the alleged companies in the US.

It is indisputable that while I was chairman of the SMI, every action was made by a presidency decision, both for the adoption of the contracts and the persons authorized for signing or pursuing their implementation and everything was stated in the CEC under our laws and those of the US.

If the difference between payments declared by US companies on the account of the SMI and those stated by the SMI stated in the CEC, then without question we have a serious problem with American and Albanian law, but this has nothing to do with Ilir Meta, because I have neither been aware of illegal payments by anyone nor authorized anyone in the US to do such actions that are either diligent.

I have asked the SPAK for two years to ask US partners to investigate who made these payments in the US and to be taken into legal responsibility, as I have never authorized someone to make such nonsense.

So dear Grida, SPAK has every opportunity to find people who have done illegal actions or have been aware of them in both the US and Tirana.

No evidence and fact can lead them to Ilir Meta, except the political order of Edi Rma and their bosses awaiting eternal mandates from him serving as a political suicide.

But this is not my problem and concern.

My only interest is to place the law of anyone who has violated it or who was aware.

Attempts to abuse all those who have violated the law or have been aware of these violations to use politically against Ilir Meta, will only prove in the judgment process how rights my denunciations of political abuse by Edi Rama have been against the true opposition, while the McGonigal file continues to scream.

I can neither abandon the causes of the Freedom Party which are an existential national interest today, nor disappoint all those Albanians who have believed and believe in Ilir Meta.

Meta’s reaction after the show discussing his file and justice charges was responded by the show’s moderator, Grida Duma, who points out, among other things, that the balance of the parties is important and that the parties have made the parties represented, and better than Mr. Meta’s lawyer could not have been able to clarify the file.

Meta’s request for an interview, Duma responds positively, saying that if this is possible in its conditions, it will be realized.

Ilir Meta clarifies that it requires an interview or a panel made even in the state of imprisonment where he is.
