Green: If Russia wants our troops to withdraw from our country, it means that it does not want the end of the war
Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has said he is open to further negotiations with Moscow, but reiterated that Ukrainian troops will not withdraw from the territories Russia annexed.

After a phone conversation with Putin, Trump said negotiations between Russia and Ukraine would begin « immediately ».
The Ukrainian leader has expressed its openness to further high -level negotiations with Russia, the United States and European countries, adding that those meetings could be held in Turkey, the Vatican or Switzerland.
Greenski said he now expects details of the memorandum mentioned by Putin after the talk.
Putin said in a statement to the media after the talk that the memorandum would determine the timeframe and the principles of peaceful conflict resolution, including a possible ceasefire.
