The court now stated that the prosecution was raised without a convincing analysis of the evidence, with the conclusions and conclusions of forensic expertise completely ignored. In addition, the court emphasizes that there is an absolute bankruptcy on the material side of the legal structure used when the prosecution is raised.

In its decision, the court notes that the prosecution was for a serious crime, which provides for up to 10 years in prison, as well as the unjustifiably high amount of guarantee imposed and the travel limit. On this occasion, the court states that Kalamaris is a foreign citizen and with the ban on leaving Bulgaria was seriously restricted not only his right to move freely, but also his professional life, since his contacts with partners abroad were violated.

The decision is not final and can be challenged before the Sofia Court of Appeal.
