Maja from Mława disappeared at the end of April. A few days later, her massacred body was found in the bushes. Investigators quickly recognized that a friendly murder was responsible for teenager Bartosz G. The boy managed to go with the school on a foreign trip. He was detained in Greece. Both he and his mother wanted a 17-year-old to be tried in Greece. They both claim that the process will not be fair in Poland. They also talk about threats directed at them. The Greek side was to decide whether these fears are justified.

On Wednesday, May 28, the Appeal Council in thessaloniki decided that Bartosz G. may be subject to extradition to Poland. According to NafeMPoriki.G. During a short statement, he stated that he did not want extradition, expressing concerns about his security.
