Water polo team of Croatia Located in the first place in the world rankings published for the first time by the International Federation World Federation World Aquatics.
The ladder was published on Thursday, one month before the Singapore World Cup.

– It is nice to see that we won first place on the first world ranking list of water polo. This is another recognition of all our successes in the past – said the captain of the Croatian national team Marko Bijač for the World Aquatics website.
Croatia won the World Cup last year after defeating the current 7th in the final with a better performance of the Petera. She also won a silver medal at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
-We can be proud and I hope we will continue like this, starting with the Singapore World Championship and, hopefully, to remain the first -ranked team for a long time – said goalkeeper Bijac.

Zagreb is at the same time preparing for the Household Championships of the World Cup under the age of 20, which will be played from June 14 to June 21.
In this age, the first on the rankings is Hungary, the current world champion, followed by Spain, Montenegro, Italy, Croatia and Kazakhstan.
