In addition to larger dwellings in a more settled environment and more interest in new construction, buyers are also reorienting in terms of the most desirable neighborhoods.
In Varna and Plovdiv, the dynamics are mainly influenced by the new construction and the neighborhoods with a large enough number of quality new projects, including houses.
