In gastronomy, the goldpaste is common in the prescription of Asian cuisine, and in this basic form you can add any meals instead of the potato, vegetable, rice, lens and beans or is to make a star of weekly beans.
The golden paste of turmeric
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of water
- 30 g curcum
- 5 g of ground black pepper
- 35 ml of GI butter or coconut oil
Preparation:
- Mix water and turmeric in the pot, so cook lightly seven minutes. Continue to mix until the mixture reaches consistency like paste.
- You can add more or less water if you want denser or reassident.
- When the paste is over, let it cool a little.
- Add a melted GI butter and black pepper and mix everything well.
- While pasta is still warm and liquid, pour it in a jar with a hermetic cover and allow it to cool. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
- Store in a fridge for 2-3 weeks.
