On Easter Sunday in Szczytniki Clergy near Gniezno (Greater Poland Voivodeship) prosecutor B. caused a collision. Policemen took his blood for his examination, because the man’s behavior clearly indicated being under the influence of alcohol. The National Prosecutor’s Office immediately applied to repeal Paweł B. Immunite. It was emphasized that the man was detained in the act, and the examination of the alcohol content in the blood confirmed the commitment of a crime.

First study at 19.07 showed 3.07 per mille, the second at 19.37 – 2.99 per mille, and the third from 20.07 – 2.89 per mille of ethyl alcohol in the blood
– says Przemysław Nowak from the National Prosecutor’s Office in an interview with « Fakt ».
This shows that the prosecutor was not one beer, but was clearly under the influence of alcohol. The decision to get behind the wheel was shameful. Now Paweł B. will have serious consequences. An application has already been submitted to deprive him of immunity. He was also suspended at work. He will be responsible for the crime he committed. Earlier, prosecutor B. conducted many important criminal cases.
