Starting changes in market rules often affect small and micro entrepreneurs, especially when they come from political spheres. In such an environment, where even the smallest external earthquake is felt at the local level, artificial intelligence becomes a powerful ally, heard at a conference.

Kvaka24 continuously supports entrepreneurs and craftsmen in all market challenges useful, inspiring and educational content. This year, the emphasis was placed on information about trends, innovations and state -of -the -art business practices and finding concrete solutions and opening a discussion on the current issue of entrepreneurship. Capital markets need to be strengthened – to make it easier for pension funds to invest in the domestic economy, to strengthen the tax attractiveness of the Start UP company, to introduce investment accounts of citizens with tax incentives, equalize the tax treatment of ownership and debt, he listed.

Višnja Božinović, a member of the Directorate for Business with the population and the Raiffeisenbank Croatia Raiffeisenbank, emphasized that their goal was to ensure business safety to clients and business relationships.

– We invest a lot in digital transformation, for our clients and their data to be safe.

Ante Janko Bobetko, Deputy CEO Hamag Bicro, emphasized that they have financed more than 25,000 projects for about ten years.

– Our companies are of good quality, but the sources of financing are sometimes not available to them – Bobetko emphasized.

Sladjana Cosic, head of the European Investment Bank group in Croatia, added that the bank had an important role in the development and creation of an innovation ecosystem in Croatia, supported a number of startups. Bozinovic warned of various fraud, present everywhere on a daily level, which made the safety of data from crucial importance.

At the panel dedicated to sustainable tourism, Robert Pende, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Directorate in the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, said that he should invest in development and also prevent excessive expansion. Cresimir Tomic, the secretary of the Zagreb Caterers’ Association, said to us, while Roko Romic, founder of Kombuche Culture, Mastercard’s UPPLIFT Academy scholarship, said that, in the middle of the pandemic, they placed their market unknown and completely natural product on the market. Director of the Institute for Tourism, Damir Krešić, emphasized that sustainable tourism does not occur at once, but is a long -lasting process.

Andreja Kajtaz, director of the Digital Solutions Sector, spoke of e-accounts that would eliminate the system loads so far, but also reduce the ecological imprint. She emphasized that entrepreneurs should not be afraid because there is a solution for everything.

– People work with people, user experience is being built with interlocutors on the other hand. These are relationships that have to be deep, you need to know the company well, are common fights. We, as a company, work with clients we provide services – said Dejan Rogan, Head of Business Solutions, HSM.

– In Telemach, user support is the first contact with clients. It is a channel where it is hardest to develop a positive user experience and continue to be stable. There is no forwarding of information, the focus is that an employee in the service immediately solves the problem – said Ozren Kovacevic from Telemacha, director of the users’ care sector and user experience management.

On a panel dedicated to artificial intelligence as a powerful ally of small businesses, their « BFF business », Vedran Antoljak, CEO/ AI Business Advisor, Best Advisory DOO pointed out that AI is an important aspect of every company. It affects productivity, but also a smaller cost. Little smaller entrepreneurs use artificial intelligence.

– If you use Chatgpt, it uses a consistency in writing. The universality of the response, the consistency in the mails is ensured, and only it creates savings – said Nenad Raca, director of Aduro ideas.

– Today, everyone is less computer literate and have a critical thinking, what is lacking in artificial intelligence. The information that Ai gives us should also be checked – said Doc. Ph.D. Vjeran Buselic, professor at TVZ, FOI and Effectus Polytechnic.

– Paid versions of the tools are much more developed – said Davor Anicic, CEO Velebit AI and a member of the Board of Directors Croai.
