So far, there are no signs of a first -grade, who eight days ago (March 26) escaped from the class in his special school for no reason. Searching for a child is very intense and unusual. Investigators must take into account that the boy has autism, which hinders the action. Such children do not behave in a standard way and it is difficult to predict their reaction. The way to get a child out of a possible hideout was to attach colorful balloons in various places in the city. Unfortunately, this had no effect.

Policemen also use classic search methods. For example, tracking dogs were used. According to « Bild » on Tuesday, April 2, two Eurofighter fighters started from the Nörvenich air base to take high resolution photos. Investigators will check if there is a missing boy somewhere on them. The German service informs that the child’s photo is displayed for 13 thousand. digital boards on buses, trains, airports, in public and at gas stations at highways in all of Germany.

Investigators have now given themselves a deadline. If Pawlos is not found until Friday, April 4, the situation will be re -analyzed and decisions will be made on how to continue searching. « Bild » reports that the search methods will be adapted again and the number of rescue services can be reduced. Many volunteers are still involved. The police continue their efforts.

Pawlos could have been a victim of a crime
There are two hypotheses. Either Pawlos was lost or fell into the hands of a criminal.
Autistic children function differently. They orientate more intuitively, and stimuli overlap to logical structures or develop « own logic ». Therefore, the most obvious hypothesis is that the child has lost the way and wanders confused
– said criminologist Christian Matzdorf in an interview with iPpen.media.
It is likely that a short recording of a car camera appeared, where Pawlos in the middle of the street. A man helps him but leaves a boy. Only later did he find out that he was a missing child.
According to « Bild » Matzdorf, however, does not exclude the possibility of committing a crime. – It should also be taken into account that the child – especially with known restrictions – is particularly vulnerable when he travels alone. This creates opportunities to commit a crime, especially by perpetrators acting spontaneously – he concluded.
