German manufacturer of luxury cars reports bankruptcy
ISDERA AG from St. Ingbert Saarland has on Friday insolvency registered. This emerges from a public announcement by the Saarbrücken district court. One reason for the bankruptcy at the German manufacturer of luxury cars is not known.

Isdera stands for engineering office for styling, design and racing. The company was founded in 1982 by ex-Porsche employee Eberhard Schulz and produces exclusive small series. These include legendary models such as « Commendatore » and « Imperator ». Isdera produces high-motorized vehicles in a classic car look.

The announcement by the local court continues that the lawyer Thomas Becker from Dillingen/Saar was appointed as a provisional insolvency administrator of ISDERA AG. A general ban on disposal was also imposed on the company. The administrative and disposal authority over the assets therefore lie with the insolvency administrator.
