Run applications from the FDP
Also from the ranks of the FDPGroup will come to the Federal Constitutional Court new urgent proposals against the parliamentary decision planned for Tuesday by the billion -dollar financial package. As the faction says, MPs Florian Toncar, Otto Fricke and Thorsten Lieb will bring in a corresponding application.
AfD and Left Party had previously tried to stop the planned special meeting of the Bundestag to the Union and SPD financial package. It provides for billions of investments for defense and infrastructure.
Unfounded applications
The Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe had already rejected the applications from AfD and Left Party against the convening of the Bundestag in an old composition at the end of last week. The election period was only ended in accordance with Article 39 of the Basic Law through the collision of the new Bundestag, it said in the reason.
