George Simion demands the withdrawal of ambassadors from Israel and the US, Radu Ioanid and Andrei Muraru. The two are demanding foreign intervention in Romania’s political life, in the name of « struggle against extremism, » says the golden leader.

Muraru and Ioanid have published a material in an international publication,ynetnews.comin which they claimed that it is necessary for the US to closely supervise Romanian anti -Semitism.

« I read with an astonishment an opinion article signed by Andrei Muraru (Romania’s ambassador) and Radu Ioanid (Romania’s ambassador to Israel), in which I, gold and our supporters are attacked in a completely broken way, » Simion shows his blog.

Simion says that some members « expressed opinions or had speech escapes » cannot be used as a political weapon against the whole party and against it.

The leaders of the extremist gold party continue to glorify the fascists and deny the Holocaust, the two diplomats wrote.

« I cannot remain silent in front of a denigration campaign that concerns not only my person, but the millions of Romanians. Two ambassadors of Romania, sent to represent the country in the world, have chosen to step on national dignity and to lie with premeditation on reality in Romania.

These two representatives of the Romanian state, paid from public money, chose to publish an ideological pamphlet in an international publication, where old lies are resumed and the propagandistic clichés of those who have nothing to do with sovereignty, historical truth or national interest are resumed.

I am accused of being « glorified fascists », that I would have denied the holocaust, that I would have supported controversial figures, and even that I would « endanger democracy ». Nothing more fake! ”, Says George Simion in a point of view posted on his blog.

Simion claims that his meeting with the Israel’s ambassador was an opening one, but also to reaffirm our national values.
