Direct relationship with the doctor

After the pandemic, the services of telemedicine have increased. They are an important resource, which however does not completely satisfy the needs of a generation that, accustomed to virtual relationships, wishes to have physical interactions and human contact with the doctor. Over 62% of young people are not convinced of the quality of the treatments paid via the Internet, while almost 69% want to have a direct relationship with the doctor And he believes he does not receive enough time and attention from his careful. In addition, 90% are convinced that Active listening by experts is fundamental in decisions concerning healthwhile more than 85% warn the need for more complete and accurate information. Health for young people is not a chat to be resolved quickly, between a social media and a telephone appointment, but it is a theme to deepen by carving out time.

A new communication path

Black tag for the big pharmis: more than 65% of the gen Z believes that pharmaceutical companies can play an important role in health choices, provided that – and here we always return to the heart of the study – they commit themselves to complete and accurate information. Unfortunately, this does not happen for almost 40% of young people. Elena Silva, CEO of Burson Group Italy, believes it has arrived the time to reconstruct the relationship with this generation, which represents the future: «Today the tools to fully understand the needs and to guide effective and transparent communication are available.
