The Italian FS Group and the Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Ugl Ferroieri, Fast Consal and Orsa Ferrovie unions have signed the hypothesis of agreement for the renewal of the company contract of the group. Salary increases are recognized for an average monthly amount of 230 euros of 230 euros on the minimum salaries and, to cover the period 1 January 2024-31 May 2025, a one-off amount of 1,000 euros.
What the agreement provides
« The new contract – explain the trade union organizations – concerns over 90 thousand workers and workers, including those used in services contracted such as catering, cleaning, personal assistance with reduced mobility and night accompaniment. From a remuneration point of view, it provides an average increase of 230 euros per month (on level C1), in three tranches between June 2025 and June 2026. In addition, a one -off of 1,000 euros to cover the contractual holiday period provided in August 2025 and the revaluation of fundamental allowances such as shifts, Sundays, transfers and meal refunds. For railway contracts there was the introduction of 7 euro meal vouchers starting from 1 January 2026. In the CCNL there are also important news on safety at work starting from the introduction of the figure of the site RLS and the stop work Authority, which allows workers to interrupt the activity in the event of potential danger avoiding disciplinary sanctions « .
