Friday and Saturday pre -election campaign will be forbidden / day
This means that these days, pre -election campaign materials must not be in press publications, urban environment and electronic media. In the social media or elsewhere, it is forbidden to place paid campaigning.
Both campaigners, including political organizations and deputy candidates, and those who do not involve them these days should not distribute campaign materials in the urban environment and elsewhere in the public space, as well as campaigning through state and municipal social media accounts. It is also forbidden to divide potential voters a variety of benefits, including sweets and items printed with party symbolism.

In addition to this, it is forbidden to promote video and other materials on the Internet, which use artificial intelligence tools in the creation of visual content.
Pre -election campaign materials are diverse – they can be advertising, interviews, recordings in social media. If the population is detected in the urban environment, the press and the Internet, within the next two days of the strictest bans of campaigning, the KNAB must be reported.
The pre -election campaign period before the municipal elections began on February 8 and will last until the election day – June 7.
By the end of the pre -election campaign period, the KNAB is actively following the placement of political advertising in the press, public places and on the Internet.
Similarly, other institutions, including the National Electronic Media Council, which monitors pre -election campaigning in electronic media, and the National Language Center, which will verify compliance with the language norms, are also monitored.
In the event of a possible violation of pre -election campaigning law, the KNAB may initiate the administrative violation process, as well as to impose a fine on natural and legal persons.
