French gang wanted to kidnap, torture and ask for ransom

Special units have an attempted kidnapping thwarted in Eigenbrakel, Walloon Brabant. A French gang was intercepted there, perhaps they were on the way to kidnapping and torturing a 'rich resident' of the municipality. They would also demand ransom.
