The Ministry of Education has deprived the degrees of four people whose dissertations revealed plagiarism.
This is stated in the decision of the MES Attestation Board, whose meeting took place on April 25, reported In the department.
It is this body that makes the final decision on the assignment or deprivation of scientific degrees and academic titles on the basis of the conclusions of the National Agency for Educational Quality.
These are four scientists:
Oleg Mishchenko Leonidovich, which was deprived of the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty « Economics and Management of National Economy ».
In the « Plagiarism and falsification blog » blog Notethat plagiarism was found in the dissertation « Activation of innovation and investment development of the food industry in Ukraine ». The work revealed a large number of coincidences with Victoria Hubina’s monograph for 2015.
Mykola Ivanovich Kolyadinsky, which was deprived of the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty « Ecological Safety ».
He defended his dissertation « Management of Ecological Safety of Soils and Groundwater in the area of influence of landfills », in which plagiarism was found in 2013.
Andriy Zabolotnywho was deprived of the degree of Candidate of Science in Public Administration in the specialty « Theory and History of Public Administration ».
It is a dissertation on « Legal regulation of professional activity in the field of public service: public-managerial aspect », protected in 2021.
Roxan Rifcato Chuprin They were deprived of the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in the specialty « Obstetrics and Gynecology ».
It is a dissertation on the prevention of menopausal disorders in women with benign unspecified tumors of the uterus and ovaries, protected in 2015.
