Former Narvsky kindergarten « Golden Fish » was acquired
On Wednesday, April 2, at a meeting of the Narvsky Cityproof, an order was adopted, which approved the buyer of urban real estate at 6, 6.
As you know, at this address, until 2015, the Kuldkalake municipal kindergarten (Golden Fish) was located, then the initial classes of the Narva Kesklinna gymnasium were temporarily located there. The area of the sold real estate is 11 thousand 695 square meters, the target purpose is public land.
As the director of the Department of Municipal Economy Natalya Shibalova, electronic bidding for the sale of the MYZA building, was announced on the Goroprava Infochas, 6 were announced to Narva several times. For the first time – at a price of 575 thousand 447 euros, which corresponded to the balance value of real estate. However, there were no people who wanted to do this.
By the decision of the City Board, the price was reduced, and now a new cost was set: 237 thousand 600 euros. But this time only one proposal came to the auction – from the VILYARYANDI HILEL Center. On Wednesday, at a meeting of Goroprava, this target institution was approved by the buyer of this real estate – at the initial price of trading, that is, 237 thousand 600 euros.
Now the Narva Goroprava will have to conclude an agreement with the buyer, the content of which is still unknown. At the same time, answering the question, says Natalya Shibalova, the contract will not be burdened with investment obligations. The director of the department expresses the hope that this building will not be the next Narva “abandonment”, since its new owner is a solid organization, and the value of real estate is rather big.
