Ghent Court of Appeal speaks out about the Schilden & Vrienden case. The correctional court sentenced main appeal Dries Van Langenhove earlier to one year of effective prison sentence for breaches of the racism and negationism law and 10 months in prison with a postponement for breaches of the arms law. He was also relieved of his rights for 10 years and he received an effective fine of 24,000 euros. Six other suspects also had to answer for breaches of racism legislation. All convicts decided to appeal against the judgment.
