Former business partner of billionaire Kondrachev wrote a statement to him in the TFR
In the Investigative Committee, a criminal case is being investigated against the former co -owner of the Solikamsk Magnesy Plant OJSC (SMZ) Peter Kondrachev. He is charged with fraud on an especially large scale and falsification of evidence. According to data from the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the businessman is put on the wanted list. According to the sources of Kommersant, the case was initiated on the statement of the ex-business partner of Mr. Kolodrashev Sergey Volokin. The latter in 2016 repaid a bill of 9 million issued by Peter Kondrav with another former co -owner of SMZ – Igor Pestrikov. For this, he received a bail for 24.99% of the factory’s shares, but in the end they were turned into state revenue. Mr. Volokin believes that Peter Kondrav, along with a group of other persons, deceived him.
In the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, information about the search for businessman Peter Kondrachev, the former owner of the controlling stake in the Solikamsk Magnip factory, as well as the ex-campaign and director of Silvinit JSC, appeared. The corresponding card states that Mr. Kondrashev « is wanted under the article of the Criminal Code. » There are no other details of the criminal prosecution of the former participant in the Forbes list, the businessman himself lives in Austria. The search is assigned to the unit in the structure of the internal affairs department in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow. According to the sources familiar with the situation, the criminal case of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and falsification of evidence (part 1 of article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) could be initiated at the request of the former business partner Sergey Vovolokin initially in relation to unidentified persons. The investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee has been investigated since November last year.
For several years, gentlemen Kondrashev and Volokin have been finding out relations in the courts. One of the disputes concerned operations with the shares of the Solikamsk Magnesy Plant OJSC.
The Solikamsk Magnesium Plant is the oldest of the current magnesium factories in the world. SMZ accounts for the production of 100% of the compounds of rare earth elements, niobium and tantalus, 60% of commodity magnesium and 4-5% of spongy titanium in the country. Now the factory of the Rosatom Group of Companies is engaged in the factory management. Revenue in 2024 – 11.213 billion rubles. (in 2023, 12.405 billion rubles), net loss – 1.1 billion rubles. (in 2023 – net profit of 75 million rubles)
In 2015, Peter Kondrav, and at that time, the co -owner of SMZ Igor Pestrikov entered into a loan agreement, which was later changed to the bill obligation to $ 9 million. The shares of more than 99.5 thousand shares of OJSC (about 25% of the total package) belonging to Mr. Pestrikov were transferred as a bail. As a result, Igor Pestrikov was extinguished by Sergey Volokin, to whom the right to pledge to the specified stake package passed.
In 2022, the court granted the prosecutor’s claim for the seizure of 89.5% of the shares of the Solikamsky Magnesy Plant OJSC, which also belonged to Peter Kondrashev and Igor Pestrikov. The court agreed that the privatization of the enterprise in the early 1990s was carried out illegally, in the absence of the consent of the authorized body of federal authorities. In addition, it was found that, by acquiring shares, Mr. Pestrikov acted in the interests of Peter Kondrachev, and the loan agreement itself was non -residency. Later, the right of pledge Sergei Volokin to the shares of Igor Pestrikov was terminated. The latter was declared bankrupt, now there is a procedure for the sale of his property.
In turn, Mr. Volokin demanded that in the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow to declare an invalid deal to fulfill his bill obligation in favor of Peter Kondrachev.
The court agreed with these requirements, noting in the decision that both Mr. Kondrashev and Igor Pestrikov knew that the latter could not transfer them as a bail. As a result, Mr. Pestrikov mislead Sergei Volokin, and Peter Kondrav, accepting payment on the bill, also hid significant data for the transaction. Thus, Mr. Volokin was left without money, and without the right to apply a pledge to 25% of the shares of SMZ. In a statement in the Investigative Committee, the businessman indicated that Peter Kondrashev and other persons associated with him deceived him and abducted the money.
The interlocutor, familiar with the position of Mr. Kondrachev, considers his criminal prosecution unreasonable and illegal. In his opinion, these relations are civil law. In addition, the source claims that Peter Kondrashev allegedly had already fulfilled the demands of Mr. Volokin.
