Over the past weekend, the employees of the Narva border point stopped attempts to enter 12 foreigners to Estonia, identified fake documents and seized items with prohibited symbols, reports the Ida Prefecture.

Last weekend, on March 22-23, at the Narv border point, it was denied at the entrance to Estonia to seven citizens of Moldova, two citizens of Russia, two citizens of Kyrgyzstan and one citizen of China. The main reasons for the refusal are the lack of necessary documents, obscure explanations, or in the course of the interview, it was found that a person may pose a threat to the public order or security of Estonia. Foreigners were forbidden to enter the country, they returned to Russia.

On March 22, at the exit from Estonia in the Narv border post, a citizen of Ukraine was checked, among his things a residence permit belonging to another person was discovered. The document was seized, and the man himself was passed to Russia.

On the same day, a citizen of Uzbekistan was detained from Estonia, who was in the Schengen zone without legal grounds for 85 days, one of which was in Estonia. He was banned from entering Schengen countries for three years and fined 600 euros.

On March 23, at the entrance to Estonia, a US citizen was checked, whose hats were found, 21 breastions and a cap with prohibited symbols. They explained to him that such symbolism in Estonia is prohibited, after which he refused objects and continued his way.

On the same day, a Russian citizen was checked on the border, among his things they found a residence permit belonging to another person. The document was seized, and he himself was passed to Estonia.

Also on March 23, another citizen of Russia among things found a calendar with forbidden symbols. After clarifying the ban, he abandoned the subject and continued his journey to Estonia.
