Foreign collision of trucks on DK10. Dramatic action of emergency services
On February 27, 2025, around 12:45, a tragic accident occurred on national road No. 10 in Przyłub. The Mercedes truck driver for unknown reasons pulled into the opposite lane, which led to a collision with the oncoming Scania. As a result of the collision, the 37-year-old Scania driver died on the spot, and the Mercedes driver was taken to the hospital.

Direct effects of the accident
In addition to two trucks, two other vehicles also participated in the accident – Renault and Opel, which followed Scania. The flying elements of the trucks caused damage to these cars. Fortunately, a total of six people traveled in Renault and Opel who were not injured.
Ongoing police actions
Bydgoszcz police officers under the supervision of the prosecutor conduct activities aimed at clarifying all the circumstances of this tragic event. The Mercedes driver was sober at the time of the accident. The investigation in this matter is underway.
