For the first time, Sali Berisha eventually reveals when to withdraw from politics

After losing the elections in 2013, Sali Berisha withdrew as the leader of the DP and from any other function, staying only as an MP.

Berisha returned to the center of Albanian politics in 2021 when Non Grata was declared by the US and when Lulzim Basha, chairman of the DP at the time, expelled him from the party.

Blendi Fevziu: How close to Trump’s administration are you today with your people and the lobbying studio?

Sali Berisha: Yes!

Blendi Fevziu: Has there been a reaction to this?

Sali Berisha: So I have the opportunity to speak on this issue.

Sali Berisha: In my battle against the first dictatorship I had a concept; When I saw the support that dictatorship had I considered a general social psychology a glacier. And I thought we had to do everything to melt the ice and get people out of freezing.
