For multiple bullying in the courtroom, a year and a half in prison and probation supervision / day

The man, because of the provision of hooligan desires, aware of his provocative nature with the planned action and behavior of other persons, agreed to do activities aimed at disturbing the Riga City Court.

Persons, as listeners, came to open hearings and placed the hardware for the sound and image of the courtroom without coordination. The men conflicted with the judges, refusing to harvest the equipment for filming and did not follow the instructions of the chairman of the hearing, including the instructions to leave the court hall.

The State Police officers were attracted to remove disruptions from the courthouse, however, the persons demonstrated lawlessness and imaginary superiority and did not obey their demands. Various offensive phrases were expressed about the chairman of the hearing and the accused in the presence of the criminal case involved in a dispute with police officers.

The accused, along with another person, committed a criminal offense during a criminal case in September 2023 and repeatedly disrupted another criminal case in January 2024. The offense of persons was the cause of pre -trials of the previously planned criminal case. The man has previously committed small hooliganism for which he has two administrative violations.
